According to Section 8 of the Act, the organization organized in order to list the securities in the securities market for the purpose of listing the shares in Schedule-8 Form No. 1 in the format and to list debentures, bonds, units or other securities in Schedule-8 form no. An application should be made in the format as per 2 along with the listing fee as per Schedule-9.
(2) Other details and documents to be attached with the application for securities listing shall be as specified in the regulations of the relevant securities market.
